PIERRE, South Dakota, March 21 -- Gov. Kristi Noem, R-South Dakota, issued the following news release:
Governor Kristi Noem signed HB 1259 (https://sdlegislature.gov/Session/Bill/25342) and SB 52 (https://sdlegislature.gov/Session/Bill/24978) into law, which make up the budget for the State of South Dakota for the remainder of fiscal year 2024 and fiscal year 2025.
