JEFFERSON CITY, Missouri, March 21 -- The Missouri Department of Natural Resources issued the following news release:
The Missouri Department of Natural Resources' Waste Management Program has issued a permit to City Utilities of Springfield to construct and operate the Calhoun Transfer Station solid waste processing facility in Greene County.
The facility will be used as a private, small-scale solid waste transfer station that will accept non-friable asbestos ceme . . .
