WILLIAMSPORT, Pennsylvania, March 21 -- The Pennsylvania College of Technology issued the following news:
Artwork created by Gerald G. Kaplan, instructor of ceramics at Pennsylvania College of Technology, is on display through April 27 in a national juried exhibition at the Saratoga Clay Arts Center's Schacht Gallery in Schuylerville, New York.
