Today, Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Deputy Secretary for International Business Development David Briel helped cut the ribbon on Premier Tech's first Pennsylvania manufacturing facility in Lycoming County. The international sustainability and technology company is based in Quebec, Canada.
