House Energy and Commerce Committee Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) and Environment, Manufacturing, and Critical Materials Subcommittee Chair Buddy Carter (R-GA) released a statement following the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) announcement of the final rule for its reckless tailpipe emissions standard, which mandates that 67 percent of all new vehicles be electric by 2032.
