MONTGOMERY, Alabama, March 20 -- The Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs issued the following news release:
Gov. Kay Ivey has awarded a total of $48,600 to help six agencies that assist victims of domestic violence operate more efficiently.
Funds will be used to upgrade technology and software employed by the nonprofit agencies in managing their day-to-day operations.
