CHERRYVILLE, North Carolina, March 20 -- Gaston County issued the following news:
Next week, N.C. Department of Transportation contract crews will start a project to replace the bridge on Carol/Milo Neal roads over Gilliam Creek.
Contractor R.E. Burns & Sons Co., Inc recently earned the $961,839 contract. The road is scheduled to close Monday, March 25 and remain closed through the end of October.
