PIERRE, South Dakota, March 20 -- Gov. Kristi Noem, R-South Dakota, issued the following news release:
Governor Kristi Noem signed HB 1057 (https://sdlegislature.gov/Session/Bill/24943), which creates the Commission on Indigent Legal Services and Office of Indigent Legal Services, into law.
