NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Vanessa Roberts Avery, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, has announced that a federal grand jury in New Haven has returned a superseding indictment charging LUIS DeJESUS, 29, of Hartford, with narcotics distribution and firearm possession offenses.
