SACRAMENTO, California, March 16 -- The California Air Resources Board issued the following news release on March 15, 2024:

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) and California Department of Justice (DOJ) today announced a $46 million settlement with engine manufacturer Cummins Inc. (Cummins).
