On Friday, March 8, Congressman Darrell Issa (CA-48), Chairman of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property, and the Internet, and Ranking Member Congressman Hank Johnson (GA-04) introduced "The Federal Judgeship Act of 2024" to provide necessary relief to the overburdened judicial system.
