Today, Congressman Kweisi Mfume (MD-07) and Baltimore City Mayor Brandon M. Scott announced the award of $29.8 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to support permanent supportive housing and traditional affordable housing developments. Eleven applicants won grant awards ranging from $419,000 to $7 million, coinciding with the number of units being created . . .
