While Texas home sales declined nearly 11% in 2023, median prices showed only modest movement up or down in most markets, according to the 2023 Texas Real Estate Year in Review report (https://www.texasrealestate.com/wp-content/uploads/2023YearInReviewReport.pdf) released today by Texas REALTORS.
