ATLANTA, Georgia, March 12 -- The Democratic Party of Georgia issued the following news release:
Following the qualifying period for the 2024 elections, Georgia Democrats built on their record-breaking qualifying performances in the 2020 and 2022 cycles with yet another strong showing. This year, Democrats in Georgia qualified to run in every congressional race and a total of 73% of state legislative districts -- higher than 2022's total of 71%.
