N.C. Forest Service Planning Prescribed Fire Operations for DuPont State Recreational Forest in Cedar Mountain

RALEIGH, North Carolina, March 12 -- The North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Division of Forest Service issued the following news release:

The N.C. Forest Service is planning to conduct four prescribed fire operations at DuPont State Recreational Forest during March and April 2024. The prescribed burns will be carried out as weather and conditions permit.
