FRESNO, California, March 12 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California issued the following news release on March 11, 2024:
Travis Gober, 45, of Hanford, was sentenced to 19 months in prison today for committing health care fraud and aggravated identity theft by submitting more than $1 million in fraudulent claims for sleep studies to Medicare, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.
