SALEM, MA -- Congressman Seth Moulton announced that he has secured over $13.2 million for fifteen community improvement projects in FY2024 Appropriations. Final legislation was passed by the House of Representatives on Wednesday, followed by the Senate on Friday.
Under guidelines issued by the House Appropriations Committee, each Representative is allowed to request funding . . .
