TUCSON, Arizona, March 9 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona issued the following news release:
Tony Cardenas, 36, of Phoenix, was sentenced last week by United States District Judge Jennifer G. Zipps to 48 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release.
