CHARLESTON, West Virginia, March 7 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release:
Nicole Leigh Fierbaugh, 44, of Charleston, was sentenced today to one year and 10 months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Fierbaugh admitted to her role in a drug trafficking organization (DTO) that operated in the Charleston area.
