WASHINGTON, March 7 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release:
Today, U.S. Senators Sherrod Brown (D-OH), Cory Booker (D-NJ), Alex Padilla (D-CA), and Mazie Hirono (D-HI) led several of their Senate colleagues to introduce a Senate Resolution declaring racism a public health crisis. Brown first introduced the resolution in July 2020, and has reintroduced it every year since.
