Today, U.S. Representative Tracey Mann (KS-01) voted no on H. Res. 1061, the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2024, which would exceed bipartisan spending caps that were signed into law less than a year ago under the Fiscal Responsibility Act and bypass regular order on passing 12 individual appropriation bills.
