DENVER, Colorado, March 7 -- The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment issued the following news release:

After extensive stakeholder meetings, technical analysis, and a robust community engagement process, CDPHE has published a permit to require Suncor to reduce pollution in water that comes from the refinery and goes into nearby Sand Creek.
