Miami Dade College's (MDC) West Campus President Dr. Beverly Moore-Garcia has received a prestigious Fulbright International Education Administrators Award from the U.S. Department of State and the Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board. She will travel to Taiwan this month for a two-week seminar that will facilitate meetings with leadership from 15 institutions of higher education.
