MILLVILLE, New Jersey, March 6 -- The U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety & Health Administration issued the following news release:
The U.S. Department of Labor has reached a settlement to resolve litigation against a Pennsylvania manufacturer that followed a safety and health investigation.
