DOVER, Delaware, March 7 -- Gov. John C. Carney, D-Delaware, issued the following State of the State address on March 6, 2024:

Governor John Carney on Tuesday delivered his 2024 State of the State address to a joint session of the General Assembly, announcing plans to strengthen our economy, invest in education, protect the environment, and responsibly manage taxpayer dollars.
