The Federal Aviation Administration has found multiple problems with Boeing's quality control and production practices following a six-week audit of the company. The audit comes in response to the door plug blowout on an Alaska Airlines' 737 Max 9 in January. A separate report launched prior to the January incident found "gaps" in Boeing's safety culture.
