BOSTON, Massachusetts, March 5 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts issued the following news release on March 4, 2024:

Jack Douglas Teixeira, a member of the United States Air National Guard (USANG) stationed in Massachusetts, pleaded guilty today to retaining and transmitting classified National Defense Information on a social media platform beginning in or around 2022 and continuing until his arrest in April 2023.
