BOSTON, Massachusetts, March 5 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:

The Southeast New England Program (SNEP) Opportunity to Advance Resilience (SOAR) Fund is an EPA New England program designed to improve climate resiliency in disadvantaged communities throughout southeast New England.
