WASHINGTON, March 1 -- Rep. Shontel Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release:
Thursday, the House passed a short-term Continuing Resolution to fund the government and avoid a partial government shutdown. Congresswoman Shontel Brown (OH-11) voted for H.R. 7463, which would extend federal funding through March 8 or March 22, depending on the agency.
