PIERRE, South Dakota, March 2 -- Gov. Kristi Noem, R-South Dakota, issued the following news release on March 1, 2024:
Today, Governor Kristi Noem signed HB 1119 (https://sdlegislature.gov/Session/Bill/24962), which creates a habitat conservation specialty license plate and emblem, into law. She signed the bill during the opening ceremony for Pheasant Fest in Sioux Falls.
