EAST ST. LOUIS, Illinois, March 1 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois issued the following news release:
A district judge ordered a Swansea man to repay the Government over $1.2 million after he admitted to using an East St. Louis market in a fraud scheme to obtain SNAP benefits.
