WASHINGTON, March 1 -- Sen. Mike Crapo, R-Idaho, issued the following news release on Feb. 29, 2024:

U.S. Senators Mike Crapo (R-Idaho), Jim Risch (R-Idaho) and Tommy Tuberville (R-Alabama) led a letter demanding the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rescind the recently finalized rule for the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for fine particulate matter (PM2.5) and direct the EPA to revisit, pursuant to the best available science, its next review at the congression . . .
