MESA, AZ - Pentagon Technologies Group, Inc. ("Pentagon," a wholly owned subsidiary of Kurita Water Industries, Ltd.), a critical materials supplier of advanced chamber cleaning equipment consumables to leading-edge semiconductor foundries, today announced that it is building a new cleaning facility in Mesa, Arizona.
