WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 -- Sen. Jacky Rosen, D-Nevada, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV) helped introduce the Shrinkflation Prevention Act to crack down on big corporations that deceive consumers by selling smaller sizes of their products without lowering the prices, leading Nevada families to pay more for less at the grocery store. The bill would empower the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and state attorneys general to take action in federal court again . . .
