WASHINGTON, Feb. 29 -- Rep. Carol Miller, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
Earlier this month, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) sent a letter to Secretary Frank Kendall of the United States Air Force, expressing her concern about the deactivation of the Cabell Midland High School Air Force Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (AFJROTC) in Ona, West Virginia. In her letter, she requested that the program remain active while implementing recruitment changes . . .
