LAS VEGAS, Nevada, Feb. 29 -- The Nevada Democratic Party issued the following news release on Feb. 28, 2024:
Today, Senate Republicans are expected to block a bill that would protect IVF treatments under federal law following the ruling in Alabama that largely halted fertility clinics in the state. The bill, which would establish a legal right to access IVF and other assisted reproductive services, is supported by Senators Catherine Cortez Masto and Jacky Rosen.
