WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 -- Rep. Steny H. Hoyer, D-Maryland, issued the following news release:
This week, the National Parks Action Fund released its latest Congressional Scorecard and gave Congressman Steny H. Hoyer (MD-05) another "A" rating.
