WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 (TNSres) -- The Federal Housing Finance Agency issued the following news release on Feb. 27, 2024:
U.S. house prices rose 6.5 percent between the fourth quarter of 2022 and the fourth quarter of 2023, according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) House Price Index (FHFA HPI(R)). House prices were up 1.5 percent compared to the third quarter of 2023. FHFA's seasonally adjusted monthly index for December was up 0.1 percent from November.
