LINCOLN, Nebraska, Feb. 28 -- Nebraska Attorney General Mike Hilgers issued the following news release on Feb. 27, 2024:
Attorney General Mike Hilgers announced today that Anzhela Solkan, 45, of Lincoln, was sentenced today in Lancaster County District Court to 365 days in jail on two misdemeanor counts of Theft by Unlawful Taking. The sentences will be served concurrently.
Solkan had worked through Nebraska Medicaid as a personal care service provider for her parents. . . .
