WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 -- Rep. Matt Rosendale, R-Montana, issued the following news release:
Congressman Matt Rosendale (MT-02), expressed support for the U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit's decision to overturn an Obama-era federal coal leasing moratorium. This decision will lead to less restrictions in the federal coal leasing process and an increase in American energy production. It will also put pressure on the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to issue leases they have been reluctan . . .
