WASHINGTON, Feb. 22 -- Rep. Kathy Manning, D-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Democratic Women's Caucus (DWC) Policy Co-Chair Kathy Manning (NC-06), Chair Lois Frankel (FL-22), and Policy Co-Chair Ayanna Pressley (MA-7), led over 150 House and Senate Democrats in a letter to America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), demanding they ensure their members fully comply with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraception coverage requirement.
