HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, Feb. 23 -- Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry issued the following news:
Attorney General Michelle Henry announced a settlement (https://www.attorneygeneral.gov/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/2024-02-22-AVC-Shopgala.pdf) with a Colorado-based lead generator for selling Pennsylvanians' information to telemarketing companies.
Shopgala, LLC, which also operates as Surveys2cash, obtained the consumer information from those who registered . . .
