OMAHA, Nebraska, Feb. 22 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Nebraska issued the following news release:

United States Attorney Susan Lehr announced that Gary Pope II, 42, of Omaha, Nebraska, was sentenced February 21, 2024, in federal court in Omaha for conspiracy to distribute cocaine. U.S. District Court Judge Brian C. Buescher sentenced Pope to 87 months' imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal system. After Pope's release from prison, he will begin a . . .
