RUGBY, N.D. - Today, Senator John Hoeven toured the new Heart of America Medical Center (HAMC) in Rugby set to open later this year. Previously, Hoeven announced that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) had approved more than $55 million in USDA loans for HAMC to construct a new hospital, clinic and long-term care facility.
