NEW BRUNSWICK, New Jersey, Feb. 20 -- Rutgers University issued the following news on Feb. 19, 2024:
Gary B. Taffet today joined the Rutgers University Board of Governors as a public member, appointed by New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy and confirmed by the state Senate.
Taffet fills the seat vacated by Kevin Egan, who was elected to the New Jersey General Assembly in November. Taffet's board term runs until June 30, 2025.
