SACRAMENTO, California, Feb. 14 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California issued the following news release on Feb. 13, 2024:
Kaymeisha Keyes, 32, most recently of Tracy, pleaded guilty today to one count of wire fraud and one count of aggravated identity theft, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.
