LYONS, Nebraska, Feb. 13 -- The Center for Rural Affairs issued the following news release:

The Center for Rural Affairs welcomes this morning's news from Gov. Jim Pillen that Nebraska will participate in the Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer (S-EBT) program.
