SAN FRANCISCO, California, Feb. 13 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release on Feb. 12, 2024:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has settled with Crowley Global Ship Management over claims of violations of EPA's Vessel General Permit, issued under the Clean Water Act.
