WASHINGTON, Feb. 9 -- Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kansas, issued the following news release:

U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. led a letter to Paramount and CBS on a Chinese Communist Party (CCP) backed company, Temu, an online marketplace, airing a commercial during the SuperBowl. Temu is flooding the United States with cheap goods produced by forced labor in China.
