WASHINGTON, Feb. 9 -- Rep. Carol Miller, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) joined Congressman Rich McCormick (R-GA) in introducing the Protecting Resources of Taxpayers to Eliminate Childhood Transgender Surgeries (PROTECTS) Act. This bill will stop federal funding from financing gender transition procedures on minors.
